During my conversations with candidates, I’m often asked about growth opportunities within the company. At Get-e, internal development has always been something we actively support, and today I want to share a recent example. Manuel, a colleague of mine, started in the Operations team and has recently transitioned into a new role as a Hotels Partnership Specialist. Here’s what he shared about his journey: “During my time in Operations, I gained valuable insight into the day-to-day processes that keep everything running smoothly for our customers. I worked closely with colleagues across Get-e, which helped me build a strong understanding of both our internal and external operations, as well as how teams collaborate with each other and with clients. In my new role within the hotels team, I focus on building and strengthening relationships with our hotel partners, supporting the onboarding of new hotels, and improving collaboration between hotels, our operations team, and our clients. My goal is to contribute to clear communication, smooth processes, and strong partnerships that support consistent service quality.” It’s great to see colleagues grow and take on new challenges!
