  • We tried something different with ChargeX this year. Instead of one large event, we moved to a roadshow format, intentionally designing each stop for a more high-touch experience. More intimate rooms, more time to talk, and more space for real connection. Last week in LA, it delivered exactly what we hoped for. We saw live collaboration, deeper conversations, and the kind of insight you only get when operators are candid about what’s actually working. Brands took the stage to share real playbooks, challenges, and strategies shaping subscription commerce today. There was also time to connect directly with our executive team and industry experts, Thomas Lalas and Jordan Narducci, in a more focused, intentional setting.
