Our go-to-market team at Giga has been quietly building an internal AI stack and we are just getting started. Here are a few new ways we are leveraging AI to move faster and work smarter 🦾 1. Pricing scenario calculator via Lovable: Alex built a custom pricing tool that lets our team model deal structures in real time. No more spreadsheet back-and-forth. PS - Alex also built a Lovable app to track office POPDARTS scoring / standings 🎯 2. Weekly deal/meeting recaps via Gong MCP and Claude Code: surfaces next steps, risks, and highlights on Monday for calls the previous week. 3. Pre-meeting prep via Gong MCP and Claude Code: Chris built a scheduled job every morning to pull scheduled calls and generate summaries and more detailed research in Slack canvases. 4. LinkedIn content from real conversations via Gong MCP and Claude Code: We pull insights from calls and turn them into LinkedIn post ideas - anonymized/generalized to remove sensitive data and highlight use cases or current pain. This is very early, but looks promising! 5. New hire onboarding decks via Gamma and Claude Cowork: leveraged Claude to create content for a recent new hire onboarding slides. Chris, Mason, Andersen provided the context and then used Gamma to create on brand slides. 6. Nooks custom agents for prospecting: we just rolled out Nooks to the team, and Christian has been on fire 🔥 building custom prospecting agents + sequences that help our team prospect smarter and craft personalized outreach at scale. Shout out to Savana and Ben 🐐! The common theme? These aren't moonshot projects and EVERYONE is building. This week we had the privilege of welcoming Chris Degnan onsite for a fireside chat. It was incredible to hear the story of what it took to build Snowflake from the ground up. 2 years pre-revenue to a multi-billion dollar company and the largest software IPO of all time. The boldness that takes is something else. One takeaway that wasn't about the early chaos or the eventual rapid growth...it was about accountability and the bar he set for himself from Day 1. Every week, Chris sent the entire org an email with two simple things: ✅ What he accomplished that week (new accounts opened, NB meetings held) ✅ What he had on deck for the following week (PG focus, NB meetings scheduled) If he fell short, he viewed it as failing the company. That kind of radical transparency, starting at the top, is rare. We've adopted this rhythm across our GTM team at Giga, and the momentum it's building has been exciting to watch. When leaders hold themselves to the same standard they set for their teams, everything changes. Thanks Chris for the time and the inspiration. Lessons like these don't come from playbooks. They come from people who lived it.

After 5 incredible years at Talkdesk, I’m wrapping up a chapter I’m deeply grateful for. So much of how I sell, think, and show up today comes from the people I worked with and the customers I had the privilege to partner with. Truly thankful for the experiences, relationships, and growth that shaped me along the way. And now- onto what’s next 💫🚀 I’ve officially joined the sales team at Giga and I couldn’t be more excited about the timing. Giga is an AI agent platform built to automate and manage internal and external conversations across the entire business. AI isn’t “coming”… it’s already here, and it’s moving fast. What stood out to me about this team is how real it is- the pace, the talent, and the clarity around where this market is going and what it actually takes to build for it. There’s a different kind of energy when you’re building at the edge of where this space is going- pushing what’s possible when it comes to customer experience and overall automation across the entire business.
