Team Member Spotlight! We’re proud to announce Chris Blackburn as the 1st Quarter 2026 Infinity Award Winner! Chris’ outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and relentless drive for excellence have made a major impact on the Global Positioning System Next Generation Operational Control System (GPS OCX) program. His guidance enabled the on-time delivery of the first 58 GPS Satellite Vehicle procedures and he successfully integrated Infinity’s Digital Engineering Solutions (DES) team and innovative technologies into the program for the first time in its history. Chris expertly orchestrated complex parallel efforts, from leading a team of tech order writers and establishing standardized development processes to accelerating the delivery of more than 500 remaining procedures. His deep operational knowledge and ability to rapidly produce high-quality analysis were instrumental in meeting U.S. Space Force timelines.
