We shared highlights from Synapse’s work in Virtual Production, then spent the rest of the day in the rooms that matter, panels, partner conversations, and the hallway follow-ups where real projects start. What stood out most was how quickly the conversation was shifting. VP is not only a toolset, it is a creative methodology, and AI is becoming a bigger part of real-time pipelines, from previs through iteration and delivery. The VP Shift: Women Powering the Future of Filmmaking LA brought the energy. The first WiVP LA Chapter gathering at Los Angeles Center Studios was equal parts thoughtful and actionable, with real conversation and real connection across the room. We were proud to host in partnership with Women In Virtual Production (WiVP) and Alliance of Women Directors (AWD), alongside our team at Synapse Virtual Production.
