Our client, a well-established company in White Plains, NY is looking for Audit Associate.
Location: White Plains, NY
On-site Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Temp to Perm
$65k
Responsibilities:
Assist in performing financial audits and internal control reviews
Post and process journal entries related to audit adjustments
Analyze and reconcile accounts, transactions, and financial statements
Research and resolve discrepancies
Support data entry and documentation
Assist in the preparation of audit reports and findings
Participate in month-end close and financial reporting processes
Perform additional duties as needed and directed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of GAAP, auditing principles, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
