Job Title: Business Data Analyst
Duration: 9 Months (possible for conversion)
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)
About the Role-
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to support an internal initiative focused on structuring historical client incentive contract data and enabling AI-driven analytics, forecasting, and process improvements. This role involves working with large volumes of unstructured contract datasets, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping transform business logic into structured insights that support automation and decision-making.
Analyze large volumes of historical client contracts and incentive agreements
Convert unstructured contract data into structured datasets
Identify relevant contract clauses and extract meaningful datapoints
Support creation of datasets used for AI-driven modeling and analytics
Work closely with Finance teams, Account Executives, Operations, Client incentive teams, Support functions, Analytics teams
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience as a:
Business Data Analyst
Data Analyst
Analytics Specialist
Experience working with large and unstructured datasets
Strong Power Query experience (required)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience identifying data quality issues and process gaps
Experience working with contract intelligence or policy documentation datasets
Experience supporting finance or incentive program analytics
Exposure to forecasting models or revenue planning workflows
Education
Bachelors degree is required
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $25- $28 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
