💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible mainly for outbound pipeline generation and generating qualified opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver new business opportunities.
💻 Responsibilities
Hit and exceed monthly quota
Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with an emphasis on quality
Collaborate with teammates on the BDR team to continually improve systems, tools and processes
Collaborate with AE’s to multi-thread and generate new outbound business opportunities
✔️Qualifications
1-3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment
Strong performance track record
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience with Outreach.io
Solid fundamental skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting and opportunity qualification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
💰 Compensation
Starting Salary: $60,000
On Target Commission: $30,000
