The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for working with business leaders to identify improvements on productivity and profitability, through the usage of data analysis and powerful insights. This position is also responsible for assisting in implementing or developing new processes to capture business operation information.
What You'll Do
Design, build, deliver and maintain reporting for all areas of the business using Power BI
Participate in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and provide reporting solutions and recommendations
Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications and design in Power BI
Develop understanding of the business processes, data sets and Power BI deliverables
Use knowledge of the data available to enhance requirements and provide insightful suggestions to business stakeholders
Guide less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts
Assist in the daily support of end-users' ability to effectively and efficiently utilize the reporting platform
Requirements
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of analytical and problem-solving experience
Working knowledge of Power BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology required
Detail-oriented person who is passionate about accuracy and quality of data as well as enthusiastic about new technology
Ability to analyze, recognize errors and ask effective questions
