Business System Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid 3 days)

Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now or in the future

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who thrives in implementation-focused environments and enjoys working at the intersection of data, workflows, and client delivery.

This is not a traditional BA role — this person will play a key role in deploying a cloud-based platform across multiple external clients, helping translate real-world workflows into scalable, configured solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams + external stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and functional specs
• Support data mapping, ingestion, and validation across systems
• Configure forms, workflows, and reporting structures within a SaaS platform
• Lead requirement sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Support multiple concurrent implementations (1–2 at a time)

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT, SaaS, or data-driven environments
• Experience supporting software or SaaS implementations (multi-client preferred)
• Data mapping / data workflows
• Process mapping + user journeys
• Writing user stories + acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system interfaces
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Strong communication skills — able to work across technical + non-technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with public sector or regulated environments
• Exposure to configuration-driven or low-code platforms
