Role Overview

The Channel Partner Manager - Messaging Services is responsible for growing revenue through a portfolio of channel partners, including contact center providers, value-added resellers, and technology alliances. This role focuses on developing existing partners to drive sourced pipeline and revenue, while also identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners in priority markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners to increase partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and overall engagement.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including contact center providers, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and strategic technology partners.
  • Work closely with partner sales teams on target accounts, customer opportunities, and co-selling strategies to improve conversion and expansion.
  • Gather market and partner feedback and share it with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to strengthen positioning and partner program effectiveness.
  • Represent mms at industry events, partner meetings, and webinars to strengthen relationships and expand the ecosystem.


Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in contact center sales with NiCE, Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, 8x8, Talkdesk, or similar CCaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in messaging services (SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp) with Twilio, Sinch, Infobip, Bandwidth, or similar CPaaS platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence partner stakeholders across sales, technical, and marketing functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience leading partner trainings, reviews, and joint customer discussions.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners, customers, and attend relevant events.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience helping build or scale a partner ecosystem for messaging, contact center, or communications solutions.
  • Familiarity with messaging compliance frameworks such as TCPA, CTIA, and GDPR and how they affect partner-led sales motions.


Compensation

  • Competitive base salary with a variable incentive plan tied to partner-sourced revenue, pipeline growth, partner activation, and partner performance metrics.
