This is a strategic change agent role that essentially holds the responsibility for guiding the firm through a transformation to make it a truly AI-first firm.
Working directly with the CEO, the Chief AI Officer will define, own and drive the AI agenda for Coforge.
The existing AI practice teams, AI solution sales teams will report into the Chief AI Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
External - Market leadership:
Own the GTM strategy for the firm – covering solutions / assets, strategic partnerships, sales engine
Be the face of the firm in building and communicating our point-of-view on AI to external stakeholders – analysts and advisors, top clients’ CXOs, senior execs in partner orgs
Work with business unit leaders to define roadmap of industry vertical AI solutions
Internal:
Work with delivery organization leadership to design new delivery models
Work with key function heads to evangelize the art of the possible on internal AI adoption
Lead internal AI enablement programs for sales, solutions and delivery teams
Talent Strategy:
Make the AI talent strategy for the firm and execute in collaboration with delivery function and people function
Ideal Profile:
20+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in tech services industry
Well-connected in the tech platforms and tech services ecosystem at senior executive levels
Demonstrated experience of driving large scale transformations / building businesses, and leadership experience of building teams
Experience with product companies is a plus
