What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on projects ranging from $100K-$15MM.
• Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, scheduling, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Coach field staff and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient worksites.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven field or supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on ability and familiarity with layout/survey work.
• Computer proficiency and valid driver's license.
