We are looking for an experienced Contract Talent Manager to join our growing Contract Talent Division! In this role, you will maintain a "ready-to-work" roster of top-notch legal professionals. You will drive our high-speed placement process, ensuring clients get the specialized contract talent they need exactly when they need it. What You’ll Do
Conduct 10+ virtual interviews per week to consistently refresh and expand a national talent pool of legal professionals.
Proactively source and vet a deep pipeline of contract attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals.
Fill urgent, short-term, and project-based roles with lightning speed.
Manage our temporary workforce through vetting, onboarding and during engagements
What You Bring
1+ Years of experience as a recruiter or legal professional
Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
A problem-solving attitude with the ability to pivot instantly as client needs change.
Sharp professional presence and comfort interacting with legal talent at all professional levels.
