Are you a hands‑on finance leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Plant Controller to lead all aspects of the Finance & Accounting function, oversee ERP processes, and drive financial accuracy and operational performance.

What You’ll Own

• Lead all month‑end close activities and produce timely financial statements and operational reporting.
• Present financial performance, explain key variances, and support leadership with data‑driven insights.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity, adherence to GAAP, and strong internal controls across all processes.
• Manage the day‑to‑day accounting functions, including:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll & HR-related accounting
• Inventory accounting
• Fixed Asset sub-ledgers
• Oversee and administer the organization’s ERP (NetSuite) environment, supporting configuration, controls, and process improvements.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors to support annual audits and filings.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and financial workflows.

What You Bring

• BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Detailed working knowledge of NetSuite ERP (highly preferred).
• CPA or CMA credential (a plus).
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
