Are you someone who lives at the intersection of brand, design, and execution? A luxury‑focused organization is looking for a Creative Visual Manager to lead the visual direction across campaigns, collateral, and digital experiences in the U.S. market.
This role is ideal for a senior‑level designer who enjoys owning projects end‑to‑end — from concept through production — while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to bring seasonal launches and brand moments to life.
What you’ll be doing:
Own and evolve the visual identity across print, digital, in‑store, and internal materials
Translate brand guidelines into compelling, consistent creative across channels
Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and education teams on seasonal initiatives
Oversee layout approvals and work closely with external partners and vendors
Design a wide range of assets including marketing collateral, digital content, presentations, and training materials
Adapt global creative for U.S. market needs with a strong eye for detail and execution
Ensure production quality and timelines are met from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in visual design, creative production, or brand design
Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, or a related field
Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
3D Rendering *MUST* have
A strong portfolio that demonstrates brand storytelling and visual consistency
Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Bonus: PowerPoint and Excel experience
