Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide data aggregation, analysis, and reporting initiatives. This role is responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and executive-ready presentations that support strategic decision-making. This individual contributor will play a critical role within the Strategy and Operations organization, helping leadership understand trends, volume shifts, operational drivers, and improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with business storytelling and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Access, review, and generate reports from systems including Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards for data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce reporting)
Utilize SQL and Databricks to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
Analyze volume shifts, identify trends, and proactively report key drivers
Create executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate trends, themes, and business insights
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and improve reporting impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Assurance, Marketing, Product, IT, and other departments for deep-dive analysis
Support operations metrics, process improvement initiatives, and business cases aimed at reducing escalations
Analyze complex policies and operational processes and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications:
4–5 years of professional experience in data analytics or related field
Strong proficiency in:
SQL
Databricks
Power BI
Tableau
Salesforce reporting
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience building dashboards and presenting insights to leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Strategy & Operations or enterprise analytics environments
Familiarity with AI tools or automation technologies to enhance analytics workflows
Experience supporting process improvement or operational transformation initiatives
