Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of data within our systems. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and capable of working efficiently in a casual, yet focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into company systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as needed.
• Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies.
• Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize computer systems and software tools proficiently.
• Follow established procedures for data entry and documentation.
• Assist in generating reports based on entered data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with data entry software and computer systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Basic understanding of numeric and alphanumeric data entry.
• Comfortable working in a casual dress code environment.
