Position Overview

The Digital Project Manager will lead the development, organization, and execution of digital marketing initiatives across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building structure, improving workflows, and driving collaboration. You’ll work closely with marketing, leadership, and store teams to create an efficient digital marketing infrastructure that supports our long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize internal marketing workflows to improve efficiency and communication.
• Manage digital marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Develop and maintain a scalable digital marketing infrastructure, including tools, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and support company-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks, automate processes, and enhance productivity.
• Support the rollout of new digital tools, platforms, and systems.
• Track project progress, report on performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, outgoing approach.
• Experience improving workflows or implementing digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, project management tools, and basic analytics.
