About the Role

Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close process
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures including practical internal controls and segregation of duties
• Manage accounting team up to 3-5 people
• Coordinate external audits and serve as primary audit liaison
• Assist with debt compliance, covenant reporting and lender requests
• Lead accounting process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or related field required
• Work experience - 7-10 years

Pay range

$175000 - $200,000
