In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth across multiple market segments, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, and representing the property in the community and industry.

The ideal candidate will bring proven hotel sales expertise and a passion for hospitality excellence. You’ll oversee sales efforts, manage RFP responses, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability. This role combines hands-on sales activity with strategic leadership, offering an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact on the hotel’s performance and guest experience.
