About The Role
As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption of Noom Health among employers in the Western United States. This role will focus on building strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers, driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and high-impact partnerships.
You Will
Drive growth of enterprise employer accounts across the Western U.S. through successful sales execution
Build and maintain relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to generate leads and drive sales
Generate new business through strategic networking, marketing follow-ups, and inbound inquiry tracking
Understand employer needs and develop customized proposals using consultative selling techniques
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to close deals and ensure long-term success
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the employer segment in collaboration with leadership
Analyze and refine key market segments, product positioning, and sales drivers
Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed on market trends and competitor offerings
About You

You Have
A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in digital health
Mininimum 2 years in a closing role
Have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and expectations
Impeccable verbal, and written communication, presentation, and articulation skills with strong attention to detail
Are entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, and self-starter in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel to clients and conferences as needed (25 - 35%)

Compensation Package
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $230,000/year, inclusive of base salary and commission.
Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package
Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs, etc.

This position is a remote role within the United States. West Coast strongly preferred.
