Vacancy: Financial Controller / Vice President - Finance Operations

Remit: National (U.S.) 🇺🇸

Location: Fully Remote - (must be based in the United States)

I have been engaged with a genuinely rare and strategic mandate to identify a high-calibre Financial Controller / Vice President to lead the U.S. operations for a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled enterprise.

This a high-impact opportunity for an ambitious, CPA-qualified individual to truly define their own profile within a business that is disrupting a traditional sector through sophisticated technology.

The ideal candidate will get under the skin of the the current operational structure but will the confidence and autonomy to shape a much broader landscape. This will be a hands-on position and seeking candidates that can do what they say they can do, from month end to year end tasks, you'll be in the driving seat controlling the day-to-day.

I’m looking to speak with candidates who have the experience of working in a pivotal Financial Controller or VP role. You will be the central pillar of the finance team, overseeing everything from the core framework of AR/AP and Tax to Treasury and Payroll. We need someone who can master that day-to-day engine but also has the commercial 'edge' to advise the board.

This will be appealing to those who are "doers" and have managed typical month end/quarter end/year end tasks as well as being ambitious, as this will naturally grow into a SVP position as the business continues to scale.

If you are someone who leads from the front, can manage a team and is as comfortable with high-level strategy as well as the technical details, you'll like it here. Qualifications:

• CPA with a strong track record in financial leadership
