The Global Key Account Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new Global Key Accounts—specifically large enterprises headquartered and operating in the USA, with international scale and complex multi-site footprints.

This is a senior, hands-on, international role requiring exceptional enterprise sales expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate SALTO WECOSYSTEM technology into business value for global organizations.

As the position will own the account with a 360º view/responsibility, you will work closely with regional sales teams, marketing, product, legal, channel partners, and the broader SALTO WECOSYSTEM to build relationships, develop tailored strategies, and deliver new global accounts into SALTO’s portfolio.

This position reports directly to SALTO HQ, ensuring strategic alignment, visibility, and global coordination across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

New Global Account Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and close new business with multinational companies that have global workspace deployments
  • Generate new leads through strategic outreach: networking, targeted campaigns, events, referrals, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers and stakeholders across all relevant divisions globally
  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from first contact to Framework agreement signature and deployment

Strategic Account Development:

  • Design and implement unique strategies for each targeted global account to increase SALTO WECOSYSTEM visibility and penetration
  • Analyze customer environments to position SALTO WECOSYSTEM as a preferred partner for access control and workspace technology
  • Build internal networks and champions within each targeted organization to accelerate adoption

Cross‑Functional Global Collaboration:

Engage with internal teams and partners to ensure account success:

  • Regional Sales: Align global strategy with local execution plans
  • Marketing: Develop targeted campaigns, thought leadership content, and awareness initiatives for the workspace industry
  • Product Management: Provide insights on industry trends and customer requirements
  • Tech Partners & Wecosystem: Coordinate joint value propositions and integrations relevant to global accounts
  • Legal: Contract negotiation
  • Enterprise Services: Support requirements and contribute to designing future services and standards

Pipeline & Reporting:

  • Build, track, and maintain a robust global pipeline aligned with SALTO’s growth objectives
  • Deliver clear reporting on progress, forecasting, and account insights to SALTO HQ leadership
  • Ensure exceptionally high satisfaction levels during onboarding and handover to the Global Key Account Management team

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in global or enterprise account acquisition
  • Proven track record closing complex deals with multinational companies
  • Strong understanding of complex global organizations, multi-site deployments, and enterprise buying processes
  • Experience in workspace technology, building management systems, office technology, IoT, access control, or a related field is a significant advantage

  • Build a consistent and predictable pipeline of large global opportunities
  • Contribute to cross-department alignment and global account excellence

Additional Expectations:

  • Participate in regular HQ‑led reviews, strategy sessions, and development meetings
  • Maintain active engagement with industry trends, workspace innovations, and relevant ecosystems
  • Represent SALTO WECOSYSTEM at key events, conferences, and partner activities in the USA
  • Support HQ in continuously refining global acquisition strategy for the workspace segment
