Role Description
We are seeking a Home Inspector to join our growing team. This role begins with a structured 8–12 week onboarding and apprenticeship program, designed to develop both your technical expertise and your ability to deliver a high-level client experience.
During the apprenticeship, you will work closely with experienced inspectors and Field Service Managers, gaining hands-on training in inspection techniques, reporting standards, and client communication. You will complete test inspections and formal training to ensure readiness for full field responsibilities.
Upon successful completion, you will transition into a full-time inspector role responsible for:
Conducting residential home inspections in accordance with company standards
Accurately documenting findings using company systems and reporting tools
Communicating clearly and professionally with clients onsite
Managing your schedule and maintaining consistent availability
Upholding Allied’s standards for quality, consistency, and service
This position requires a structured schedule with weekend availability, following a rotating system to balance workload and time off.

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
Ability to work in both field and team-oriented environments
Availability to meet scheduling requirements, including weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (during initial period)
Preferred:
Home inspection experience or relevant construction/trade background
Completion (or willingness to complete) industry training such as InterNACHI courses
Technical aptitude with mobile applications and reporting software
