The Role

  • Own and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligning systems with business priorities

  • Act as the functional owner of the HR tech ecosystem, overseeing HRIS, integrations, and system architecture

  • Partner with HR leadership (Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, etc.) to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions

  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment

  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices across HR systems and data management

  • Oversee HR data processes including integrations, reporting, and system controls

  • Drive adoption of automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making

  • Develop and oversee HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support leadership insights

  • Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors

About You

  • 7-10 years of experience in HRIS / HR Technology / People Systems

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or similar

  • Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, and data structures

  • Proven experience leading HR technology implementations and transformation projects

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Exposure to automation, AI, or emerging HR technologies is highly desirable

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
