Position Summary
Join our team as an Engineering Intern supporting sustainability and aftermarket initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in reliability analysis, serviceability improvements, and cost optimization of existing components, contributing to field testing and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate reliability and serviceability of aftermarket components
Analyze data for sustainability, cost of ownership, and maintenance trends
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Assist with inspection procedures and documentation
Collaborate on process improvement and waste reduction
Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability metrics
Participate in field testing and prototype evaluations
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Familiarity with CAD (Creo, SolidWorks) and basic FEA tools
Interest in sustainability and lifecycle analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
