Our Client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities. This individual will have exposure to a broad range of transactions across asset types and investment structures. The role involves developing complex financial analyses, supporting investment decision-making, and contributing to all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support evaluation of potential investments at both the asset and platform level
Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to assess risks, returns, and key investment drivers
Investment Structuring: Analyze and support structuring of joint ventures, partnerships, and capital stacks
Waterfall Modeling: Develop and analyze complex distribution waterfalls and promote structures
Investment Materials: Prepare investment memoranda and supporting materials, synthesizing market data and analysis into clear recommendations
Due Diligence: Support full lifecycle underwriting and diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (legal, tax, technical, etc.)
Portfolio Monitoring: Assist with ongoing reporting, valuation, and performance tracking of existing investments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
1–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate investing
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience with partnership structures and waterfalls
Exposure to multiple asset classes and investment structures
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
