We are delighted to be partnering with a leading investment bank in their search for a talented Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing team and play a key role in driving their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sell-side transactions and M&A advisory mandates from origination through to completion.
• Conduct in-depth valuation analysis and industry research to support client engagements.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.

Requirements:

• Closed at least one deal.
• Must hold a Series 79 certification.
