Partner Operations Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

About the Role

As a Partner Operations Associate, you will manage the daily execution of Card-Linked Offers (CLO) and Affiliate marketing programs. This role requires a unique balance: the discipline to master essential daily workflows and the vision to see how those details drive massive value for our partners. You’ll act as the essential link between our external partners and internal engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Skills & Must-Haves
Experience: 1–3 years in Ad Operations, Affiliate Marketing, or a similar data-driven client service role.
External Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage effectively with partners, resolve disputes, and handle difficult situations with poise.
Agility: A proven ability to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to changing priorities without losing momentum.
Effective Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills for impactful interactions with both technical teams and clients.
Analytical Basics: Fundamental ability to interpret transaction and reward data to ensure accuracy and inform decision-making, basic SQL data manipulation.
Location: Based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Execution: Manage the collection of content provider and direct merchant offers, and review rewards created on our platform.
Workflow Maintenance: Participate in the repetitive but essential review of complex rewards/transactions/offers reviews, and reporting.
Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between external clients and internal engineering teams to solve problems and support project goals.
Reporting & Distribution: Drive the development and distribution of performance reports for high-value merchants and offer providers.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail in process improvement, ensuring all offer data is accurate and functional.
