The firm has a long-standing track record of delivering strong risk-adjusted returns and maintains a highly collaborative, front-office-centric technology environment.
Technology sits directly on the desk, with engineers embedded alongside portfolio managers, traders, and risk teams. The culture emphasizes ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate across a broad range of problems, from analytics and pricing to tooling, data, and workflow optimization. The team is lean and highly autonomous, offering significant visibility and the opportunity to work on both greenfield development and core platform enhancements. This is a high-impact, revenue-adjacent role with direct exposure to the investment process and strong learning potential.
Role:
- Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, and risk teams to build and support front office tools and analytics

- Contribute to both new project development (e.g. dashboards, analytics tooling) and existing codebase optimization
- Investigate and resolve production issues across trading, risk, and booking systems
- Improve performance and scalability of analytics libraries (e.g. working with large datasets, optimizing pandas/polars usage)
- Gain exposure across the full stack including data pipelines, UI/reporting, and backend systems
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in software engineering (open to strong graduates)
- Strong Python skills with experience in data/quant libraries (NumPy, pandas, Polars, etc.)
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code
- Experience debugging and working within large or complex codebases
- Strong problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to operate independently and interface directly with front office stakeholders
- Interest in financial markets (prior finance experience not required, but beneficial)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
