With a proven product-market fit, expanding retail footprint, and robust supply chain infrastructure, the company is now entering the U.S. market as part of its next phase of international growth.


The U.S. expansion will focus on building a local commercial organization to support offline retail partnerships and long-term market development.

You’ll own and grow the brand's offline (brick-and-mortar) retail business in the US, with defined decision rights and commercial accountability.


The role offers broad commercial exposure, working closely with retail partners and internal leadership on account strategy, new store rollouts, and expansion priorities.


This Role Is Designed For

  • You have 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or key accounts (beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods).
  • You have worked hands-on with US offline / physical retail.
  • You understand how the US retail landscape works and enjoy navigating it.
  • You are structured, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • You are comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
  • You are a US resident and legally authorized to work in the United States.
