Litigation Associate

We’re working with a boutique firm looking to add a Litigation Associate to its team. The firm has a strong reputation and a supportive, collaborative culture. This is a fully remote role, and it offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work under the guidance of a nationally recognized expert.

About the Role

You’ll manage all aspects of civil litigation. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation experience and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Oversee discovery and court appearances across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with senior leadership on complex litigation strategies

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction (multiple admissions preferred)
