Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager for a Fortune 200 Client Ranked on LinkedIn Top Companies in Financial Services.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager

Duration: 6 Months (possible for conversion)

Location: SF, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite- Mission Rock)

About the Role-

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Creative Project Manager to help build and scale a best-in-class internal creative organization. In this role, you’ll partner with senior business and brand leaders to deliver high-impact global creative programs across cross-border initiatives, affluent audience strategies, and master brand campaigns. You’ll play a critical role in shaping globally scalable creative work, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, within budget, and at the highest level of creative excellence.

• Lead end-to-end creative projects (brief → production → delivery)
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate global stakeholders, agencies, and production partners
• Drive toolkit development and asset delivery across markets
• Improve workflows and ensure operational excellence

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years in creative project/program management
• Experience leading global campaigns and multi-market delivery
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows, production, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with tools like Wrike, Workfront, and MS Office

Nice to Have

• Experience with global brands or in-house creative teams
• Background in scaling creative operations
• Process improvement and workflow optimization experience

Education

• Bachelors degree is preferred

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70- $75 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
