Responsibilities
Exams are one-time, non-treatment exams for individual Veterans in your area.
Exams are guided by VA questionnaires on our secure, online portal for ease and efficiency.
Complete support and guidance provided by our highly experienced team.
Set your own schedule based on your availability.
Our team will schedule exams in your own office.
No New Patient Set-ups or Invoicing required as all information is logged electronically.
Qualifications
MD/DO:
Active License
2 years post-training experience
Insurance certificate (waiver available)
General/Internal/Family/Emergency Medicine, Geriatric, Urgent Care, or Sports/Occupational
NP/PA:
Active License
2 years post-training experience
Active AANP or ANCC Board Certification
NPI Verification
ACEN or CCNE Graduate of accredited school (W/min. MSN w/major in clinical nursing specialty)
Site/Equipment Qualifications
OSHA and ADA Compliant
Wheelchair Accessible
Laptop
Location: Rogers City, Michigan-must have own office within 50 miles.
