Job Description:
The Network Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of contracted services to provider network practices via appropriate communication, meeting schedules, solution training and issue escalation. The Network Manager acts as the main point of contact for practices while being the programmatic expert while overseeing alternative payment model participation.
Responsibilities:
Manages execution of program goals in support of business strategies.
Serves as program SME for less experienced team members and internal partners.
Provides network development, maintenance, and refinement activities and strategies in support of cross-market network management unit.
Assists with the design, development, management, and or implementation of strategic network configurations and integration activities.
May optimize interaction with assigned providers and internal business partners to manage relationships to ensure provider needs are met.
Ensures resolution of escalated issues related, but not limited to, payments, contract interpretation or parameters, accuracy of provider contract or demographic information, program analytics and performance metrics.
Act as the primary customer success contract for Providers in the network.
Develop and hold provider portal training for the network.
Provide technical expertise required to establish and run quarterly webinars with the entire network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5-7 years related experience managing day-to-day needs of individual or complex provider systems or groups.
At least 3 years of experience supporting value-based programs across a provider network.
Knowledge of Oncology alternative payment model history in the US, and the active programs across the industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Director level decisive judgment required.
Must be able to lead others in a stressful environment, taking appropriate action when required.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to build and foster positive relationships.
Working knowledge of claim’s reimbursement process.
Experience working with data analytic tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Experience meeting directly with healthcare providers and organizations within value-based care.
Basic understanding of health quality initiatives and performance improvement activities.
