Mechanical Construction Project Manager

📍 Relocation to Columbus, Cincinnati or Dayton (relocation assistance provided)

Our client, a well-established employee-owned (ESOP) mechanical contractor, is expanding their Columbus operations and is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through final turnover
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Coordinate closely with field leadership, owners, architects, and engineers
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on all assigned projects
• Support change management, cost forecasting, and project reporting

Projects

• Multifamily (ground-up and large-scale renovations)
• Commercial projects (office, mixed-use, healthcare, light industrial, etc.)

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager
• Background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, or full mechanical scopes
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contracts
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
• Open to relocating to Columbus, OH (relocation assistance provided)
