About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will support our day-to-day fulfillment and e-commerce operations. This role sits at the center of order management, logistics, and systems, ensuring that orders flow smoothly from purchase through delivery.

You’ll work closely with our 3PL partners and internal teams to manage order flow, resolve issues, and keep operations running efficiently. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in systems, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Fulfillment & Order Management

• Manage day-to-day order flow from Shopify and B2B systems through fulfillment
• Ensure orders are accurately processed, fulfilled, and shipped on time
• Monitor order status and proactively flag delays or issues
• Handle exceptions including order errors, returns, and shipping issues

3PL & Logistics Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partner
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses and vendors
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and ensure timely resolution
• Track performance and escalate recurring issues as needed

Systems & Data Management

• Work daily in Shopify, WMS (e.g., ShipHero), SPS Commerce, Netsuite, and other operational systems
• Ensure accurate order, inventory, and fulfillment data across systems
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems (orders, inventory, shipments)
• Support basic reporting and data tracking

Inventory & Operations Support

• Assist with inventory coordination across the warehouse (non-planning)
• Monitor stock levels and flag potential issues or discrepancies
• Support operational workflows and process improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Development, Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve issues
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external logistics partners
• Help ensure smooth communication and execution across teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics
• Hands-on experience working with a 3PL and managing day-to-day execution
• Experience using Shopify and a WMS (e.g., ShipHero or similar) and other B2B systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
• Systems-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Background in DTC, CPG, wholesale or e-commerce businesses
• Exposure to inventory coordination (non-planning)
