We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Engineer to support and optimize our day-to-day operational systems and processes. This role focuses on improving reliability, efficiency, and scalability across operations. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, IT, and business teams to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and projects
• Analyze operational data and generate insights to drive decision-making
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
• Troubleshoot operational issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Assist in capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
• 4–8+ years of experience in operations, production, or systems engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and operational tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, energy, or technology-driven environments
• Knowledge of automation, process control systems, or cloud-based operational tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
• Exposure to DevOps, system reliability, or infrastructure operations (for tech-focused roles)
