IMMEDIATE ORDER PROCESSOR JOB OPPORTUNITY

FARMINGDALE, NY (IN OFFICE ONLY)

Qualifications

2 years of of order processing experience

Experience using ERP systems

Experience processing invoices

Microsoft Office proficient

Great communication skills

Description

• Manage RMA/returns process and execution
• Track and execute memo loans, both outgoing and returning
• Back up Order entry and domestic shipment support
• Day to day admin and dealing with customers specific needs for orders
• Coordinating with sales team to ensure the orders are getting out in a timely manner
• Raising support team invoices for warranties and service visits or spares orders
• Assist support team with critical shipments to on-site visits
• Customer service – Handle various rep/customer calls for various issues.
  
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
