Project Manager

About the Role

Project Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale energy projects from engineering through construction and completion. This role will oversee full project lifecycle delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, construction teams, and key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes across large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from engineering through construction and commissioning

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and overall execution

• Coordinate between engineering teams, construction managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications

• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining timelines and cost controls

• Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in construction or project management within energy or infrastructure

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects (75–150 MW+ preferred)

• Strong background in construction execution and project delivery

• Experience delivering projects from early engineering through construction completion

• Utility-scale solar and/or BESS project experience strongly preferred

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward with minimal oversight

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
