Role Description
- End-to-end management of marketing projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs)
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope
- Coordinating the work of internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance)
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables - both in terms of aesthetics and compliance with guidelines
- Overseeing the material approval process (MLR) and ensuring compliance with US market regulations (FDA)
- Assigning and coordinating the publication of materials in Veeva systems (Vault / PromoMats)
- Identifying project risks and proposing solutions
- Optimizing processes and improving cross-team collaboration
- Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager (in the pharma industry)
- Experience working with the US market (clients, teams, projects, FDA especially)
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market environment and regulations, especially in the US
- Experience working with Veeva systems (or similar content and compliance management platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills - especially in client communication
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to bring structure to complex situations
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of the role of design in marketing communication
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation
