About the job:

This role will be responsible for project-level QA deliverables, delegation of work, and ensuring quality of deliverables.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar + 5 years in a QA manager role or 8 years in a QA manager role
  • Experience planning & managing quality and test activities
  • Experience using test management / defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, QTest, Quality Center
  • Experience contributing to the implementation of quality and test processes, quality and test methodologies, and test plans
  • 2+ years’ experience managing QA / test teams and individuals
  • Experience and understanding of the requirements for effective functional testing
  • Experience and understanding of the requirements for effective test automation
  • Experience and understanding of the requirements for effective performance testing
  • Experience screening QA Project Leads, functional (manual) QA Analysts, QA Automation Engineers, and Performance Test Engineers
  • Experience with onboarding / offboarding QA team members
  • Experience with different implementations of Test Data Management
  • 5+ years’ experience hands-on functional testing
  • (preferred) 2+ years’ experience hands-on test automation
  • (preferred) 2+ years’ experience hands-on performance testing
