About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team. You'll be the engine behind our hiring; the person who makes sure great candidates don't slip through the cracks, that our process feels human and responsive!

You’ll work closely with our Head of People to support hiring across the organization, helping us find great candidates, keep our process moving, and deliver a great experience for everyone we engage with. This is a high-impact role with real room to grow: we’re looking for someone who starts strong in coordination and sourcing, and develops into a more autonomous full-cycle recruiter over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sourcing efforts across active roles — researching candidates, understanding market trends, building pipelines, and drafting outreach messages on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across candidates and hiring managers with care and efficiency
  • Maintain our ATS, ensuring candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and up to date
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Assist with job description drafting and posting roles across relevant job boards
  • Over time, take on increasing ownership of full-cycle recruiting for defined roles

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles and moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • Strong written communication; you know how to write an outreach message that gets a response
  • Comfort working in an ATS and picking up new tools quickly
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach! You’re energized by supporting others and making the process run smoothly
  • An interest in leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently and surface better candidates over time
  • Curiosity about recruiting and a desire to grow your craft over time

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
