Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its growing team. This role will provide critical support to the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and helping the firm attract top talent across its business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.
• Manage candidate communications, including confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and assist with job postings.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling orientation and preparing documentation.
• Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Prepare recruiting metrics and reports to track pipeline, time-to-fill, and other key indicators.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years+ of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience; financial services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
