Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. We are in search of a dynamic and results oriented Regional Vice President for our growing National Sales Team.

Our Company was founded in 1969 and has its headquarters and a distribution center in Calabasas Hills, CA along with an eastern distribution point in Southaven, MS. Our digital marketing team is located in Lake Oswego, OR. For decades Helmet House has supplied Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with two of the world’s top helmet brands. Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots, Kriega and Fasthouse, while also distributing HJC, Alpinestars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo, Quad Lock, Insta360 and Sena to motorcycle dealerships in the United States. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. The premium brands we carry represent our commitment to the motorcycle industry and our dealer partners.

Helmet House is headquartered in beautiful Calabasas Hills, CA, within minutes of Southern California’s world-famous motorcycling / biking & hiking roads.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead District Managers who support key select powersport dealers/retailers throughout the U.S. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for setting sales targets, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, sales and product training, and supporting the sales team in our mission to provide true partnership to our dealers.

Other duties include:


  • Key Dealer District Development
    • Territory optimization/growth
    • Set and achieve team sales targets
  • Manage/maintain operational excellence for Key Dealers
    • Ensure Dealers are meeting operational standards
  • In-field support and training with the sales team
    • Foster and maintain relationships with Key dealers
    • Deliver Sales/Product presentations in stores
    • Evaluation and support of merchandising standards
  • Present Helmet House expanded opportunities to new Dealers
    • Manage opening of new Dealerships


The candidate must be a strong sales leader with a team player attitude, have proven communication skills, and be up to date with today’s technology and extremely self-motivated. This position requires on-the-road travel throughout the U.S.

Skills

Retail multi-store leadership and store visual merchandising experience is required


  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
  • Well organized work habits and great detailed follow-up
  • Sales training and presentation skills are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Project management tools

Other Requirements


  • Travel up to 75% or more of your work week in support of the regional sales team in the field and to headquarters in Calabasas Hills, CA
  • Have a passion for motorcycling
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Valid Driver’s License
