We're looking for a friendly, reliable Remote Customer Service Associate to support our patients and clients from the comfort of your home. If you're a people person with great communication skills, this role is for you.

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries from patients and clients
Assist with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and service information
Accurately document all interactions in our system
Escalate issues to the right team when needed
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
What We're Looking For:
1–2 years of customer service experience (remote experience is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
