We at Coforge are seeking “Retail Merchandising & Space Planning Specialist” with the following skill set:
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in Retail Merchandising and Space Planning, knows RMS, and can use SQL to analyze data. The candidate should be comfortable creating floor plans and planograms, coordinating with offshore teams, and working directly with client stakeholders at the store/business level.
Merchandising & Space Planning
Understand store layout, merchandising requirements, and business priorities.
Build and manage floor plans, macro/micro space plans, and planograms.
Analyze fixture layouts, display standards, and product placement to improve space utilization.
Technical & Analytical Work
Use SQL for data extraction, validation, reporting, and trend analysis.
Work with ETL pipelines to understand retail data flow and ensure accuracy.
Use RMS (Retail Merchandising System) for inventory workflows, item management, and merchandising tasks.
Collaboration & Delivery
Coordinate daily with the offshore team for handovers and work alignment.
Ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies with client stakeholders.
