- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience with managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Experience working in the media and entertainment.
- Understanding of Search and YouTube.
- Ability to grow in challenger sales, operate in ambiguity, and the ability to work with and sell in evolving products.
- Excellent project Management skills and experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders with the ability to translate big picture thinking into client, agency, and internal workstreams.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Anchor client relationships by building lasting connections with stakeholders and agencies, managing day-to-day relationships, understanding their business challenges, and helping to solve their marketing objectives.
- Dive into data and consumer insights to analyze trends, then leverage that information to develop strategic plans and create compelling narratives to drive significant growth for clients.
- Contribute to business success by achieving growth targets through presenting Google advertising products and solutions, helping clients reach their goals and expanding the business.
- Collaborate with teammates and various cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
