Senior Benefits Specialist

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of US Health & Welfare programs. This role is well suited to a Benefits professional who has experience in large, matrixed, global organizations that are at the cutting edge of innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Driving change management efforts related to updates and enhancements of plan offerings
• Partnering with vendors, consultants and internal teams to model cost projections, financial impact, and employee affordability scenarios
• Developing and delivering employee education and decision-support tools
• Monitoring plan performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring compliance across ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations
• Serving as the go-to SME for complex Health & Welfare inquiries.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Health & Welfare benefits
• Proven experience leading change management
• Strong project management, analytical and financial skills
• Experience designing and implementing innovative benefits programs
• 10-15 years’ experience including experience in a similar sized organization, ideally Tech focused
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
